URBANA – Timothy Edwin Schwaderer, age 64 of Urbana, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Tim spent 32 years working at Honda of America, retiring in 2018 as a senior staff engineer and manager, but his roots were planted deep in the soil of Ohio. Growing up on the family farm in LaRue, he worked alongside his loved ones, tending to crops and animals, and kept the farm close to his heart throughout his life. A proud 1979 graduate of Elgin High School, Tim was a dedicated member of FFA, where he honed his skills and love for agriculture. In 1999, Tim and his wife, Debbie, planted their roots in Urbana, settling into a charming Victorian brick home that they loved. In 2024, they completed an addition to the home they had designed together — a true labor of love. Tim's heart was always tethered to the land.
